Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Personal identification number. If PINs are enabled in the Capacity Management Suite® solution, users must enter them (in combination with their IVR user IDs) on a telephone to access the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to enter, change, or accept assignments. In addition, if the Enterprise Wide setting for PatientTracking Portal® called PIN Required is enabled, then unit staff members who use the PatientTracking Portal® application on an interactive wall display must use their PINs in conjunction with their Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) ID numbers to sign in to the wall display
